Spain is one of the more obese countries in europe and the feal is that obese people are high risk.

Yeah, the Western diet has reached all corners of the world and that's why. There was a thing about tribes who never suffered from the same ill-health as Western people (they are more in shape) and they got sick after adopting the American diet as more and more fast-food chains have popped up all over the place.

Unfortunately, we have obesity in the United States as well.
