Any guesses what'll happen Post-Pandemic? Below r my 2 predicted lines...

Tories: We fought a war, and won! We together, saved lives...

Sh1tty Labour: Yes we survived, but more lives could've been saved, if the Government... (blah blah).

This ain’t one body’s story. It’s the story of us all. We got it mouth-to-mouth, so you got to listen it and ‘member, ’cause what you hears today you got to tell the birthed tomorrow. I’m looking behind us now, across the count of time, down the long haul into history back. I sees the end what were the start. It’s Pox-Eclipse, full of pain! And out of it were birthed crackling dust and fearsome time. It were full-on winter, and Mr. Dead chasing them all. But one he couldn’t catch, that were Captain Walker. He gathers up a gang, takes to the air and flies the sky! So they left their homes, said bidey-bye to the high-scrapers and what were left of the knowing they left behind. Some say the wind just stoppered. Others reckon it were a gang called Turbulence. And after the wreck some had been jumped by Mr. Dead but some had got the luck, and it leads them here. One look and they’s got the hots for it. They word it “Planet Earth.” And they says, “We don’t need the knowing. We can live here.”

Post pandemic it will be a question of numbers.
How many survived. How many died.

Shitty position for any leader to be in since they too are at the mercy of 'The experts'.

So far, these experts haven't exactly hit on a strategy that could be said to be 'smart'. Hence the worried looking Boris updates on tv at regular intervals.

Labour have this interminably long leadership election process ongoing and have created a total vacuum in politics by NOT getting it together....AGAIN !
Their failure is the country's ! AGAIN !

@Picklebobble2 The Tories will try to spin it that "they did thier bit" try and do thier Chruchill moment.

Boris knows he, DC and the other's have fucked up massively and this self isolation is to now distance himself from it all so afterwards when its all over he can say I had it so I was realying on others.

Labour are in the re-building part they need a nex leader, a new direction and new ideas. I think Sir Kier Strammer would be the best leader for Labour

Lim Dems well they are in the same situation as Labour but deeper down the hole and have a long hard journy back to being a party to vote for again

@milkymum1 Can't argue with that !
And i think you're right about Starmer. At least let's hope so.

@Picklebobble2 He seems to be the best to hold Boris to account, he is an extremly clever man and asks the right questions. I saw him in Parliment when he was askign David Davis (when he was the Brexit Minister) questions and he ran circules areoung him.

Troies We fought the war on our own but forget that the UK was part of the ALLIES

Tories We are in this toghter , no as they are tucked up out the way

Tories are using the very OLD Empire ways as with the foot soldiers as cannon fodder, they have made " the people" now the cannon fodder

Tories we will be testing ALL the NHS staff by last weekned , reality ONLY 2000 tested

Tories We must get the suppies to ALL NHS Hospitals, reality front line NHS staff being infected and some now dying

Tories we have 10,000 ventelators coming, reality 30 for next week and IF someone is on a venturlator and someone else needs it and stands a better chance then they get it indtead

The entire UK leadership was pretty rubbish, very slow in reacting and years of austerity left the NHS in a terrible state. Very slow in testing (except in the case of Johnson and the Duke of Rothesay, apparently)
Post pandemic - we'll remember the greedy, those who hoarded, the second home owners who spread the disease and the selfish rich.

The new labour leader whoever wins, wants a seat at the table to help with decisions .....labour lost, they are not the party the country wants to make any decisions.....
milkymum1 · 36-40, F
@Platinum The ONLY way to beat this is cross- party ideas, even the Tories have reconised this.

Have they, don't remember Corbyn sitting in on the meetings...@milkymum1

In USA substitute Republicans and Democrats for Tories and Labor .

I wonder if people will be thinking about ways to continue a bit of distancing. Big cities are pretty jammed with people - disease spreads easy.
