Yes. He was able to deny reality and convince his cultists that his demonstrated Russian collusion was all a "hoax". No other president could have done that. And his hold on the Trump Party was so strong that his Senate cultists voted against impeachment despite overwhelming evidence. And his Covid-19 response has and continues to kill thousands of Americans. He's definitely accomplished things no other president could, whether it is Obama or Lincoln or Washington.
