I think it goes to show that even in a crisis, Trump cares more about dismantling things done by Obama than helping a nation affected by a virus.

@SW-User Yup, because to him, building up your own legacy by doing noble things is the exact same as tearing down someone else's legacy. The latter is easier and more accessible to Trump. He thinks he can erase Obama when in fact, all he's doing is making his own smudge in the column of History that much uglier.
