For anyone who doesn't know, this guy is senior advisor to the prime minister. He has a lot of power and has sacked many senior politicians.
A cynic would say he is the real power behind the throne. Think Steve Bannon in the early Trump Presidency but more geeky and arrogant. Not alt right leaning but extremely ruthless.

@Burnley123 AT least his herding idea has come back not only to haunt his puppet boris but him too, honestly I'm normaly very comassionate but with the idea of hearding and not carring about oneone in the country I say it couldn't have happend to a nice couple of men and I use the would men losely!!
