Mrs Pelosi announces she plans to load the NEXT COVID 19 bill with dem pork

How kind of her. Now we know what to look for when perusing the draft.

But even before President Donald Trump’s signature is on the bill, Pelosi is pivoting to the next relief measure and what Democrats would like to see in it.

“The bill that was passed in the Senate last night and that we will take up tomorrow is about mitigation,” Pelosi told reporters Thursday. “There’s so many things we didn’t get in any of these bills yet in the way that we need to.”

Some of the things Democrats are pushing for include additional funding for state and local governments to address the rapidly spreading virus; expanding the pool of people who qualify for family and medical leave; more federal dollars for food aid; stronger worker protections for first responders; funding to offset coronavirus treatment costs; and stabilizing pensions.

Perhaps the demented MRS Pelosi will seek your add agricultural aid for her vineyards.

Trump and the repubs aren’t fully innocent here.
Why are we rescuing Boeing? They’ve been in trouble before this pandemic.
And who gives a shit about the cruise line and airline industries being given a lifeline? They’ve been gouging the public for too long
And the Kennedy center? WTF?!

Thank Mrs Pelosi for the Kennedy Center. Boeing is crucial for the safety of Americans. . @SW-User

@jackjjackson their mistake should be at our cost.
Again.. that issue existed before..

@SW-User We are rescuing Boeing because that's a strategically critical business that we will never allow to go under. How is this even a surprise? Same with the airlines.

Sounds like cruise lines are SOL for now.

Funding the arts as opposed to letting those organizations die during the shutdown is also a good idea, I don't understand why people are bitching about that. We'd just be forced to rebuild those institutions on public dime afterwards anyway, and those people would be on unemployment otherwise.

Pretty darned on point all in all. @QuixoticSoul
