Mrs Pelosi announces she plans to load the NEXT COVID 19 bill with dem pork

How kind of her. Now we know what to look for when perusing the draft.

But even before President Donald Trump’s signature is on the bill, Pelosi is pivoting to the next relief measure and what Democrats would like to see in it.

“The bill that was passed in the Senate last night and that we will take up tomorrow is about mitigation,” Pelosi told reporters Thursday. “There’s so many things we didn’t get in any of these bills yet in the way that we need to.”

Some of the things Democrats are pushing for include additional funding for state and local governments to address the rapidly spreading virus; expanding the pool of people who qualify for family and medical leave; more federal dollars for food aid; stronger worker protections for first responders; funding to offset coronavirus treatment costs; and stabilizing pensions.

Perhaps the demented MRS Pelosi will seek your add agricultural aid for her vineyards.

Let's see if she can help Donald with his little unemployment issue

Sadly that’s due to the CV. Our attention should be on those sadly affected. Like Mrs Pelosi you are twisting something into your political agenda.

@jackjjackson That doesn't include Gig workers, freelancers, and the self-employed aren’t eligible for unemployment yet. Nor do jobless claims account for the millions of workers who’ve had hours dramatically reduced or their pay cut. It's too bad Republicans (for the most part) are incapable of providing effective leadership

Once the Dems pass the pending bill all those people will be helped. It’s only taken the Dems a week of stalling SO FAR

@DonHobag I don't know.
She fought against the economy tooth and nail before the virus.
Assholes are not prone to change their stripes.

@jackjjackson As I said, It's too bad Republicans (for the most part) are incapable of providing effective leadership. Had Donald paid attention in the beginning and not tried to politics an obvious problem, we may not be in the predicament we are int. It's sad.
The WHI (Waffle House Index) closed more than a fifth of its locations in response to the crisis, and its sales are down 70% nationwide. That's is the first time analysts have used the Waffle House Index to evaluate the damage of a non-weather-related event.
Pelosi pledged to pass the stimulus but that doesn't stop y'all from complaining.

@Budwick No one said she was any good. Partisan horseshit is stamped on both sides of the coin.

@DonHobag Pledges and promises are not nearly as effective as actual action - you know like the president has done. Hell, he was taking action regarding the virus way back when Nancy was busy trying to impeach his ass!
DonHobag · M
@Budwick And what actions would that be. Dissembling the pandemic teams beforehand because he didn see a need for them or perhaps, blaming the so-called "hype" on his "political enemies". What we see is poor leadership. He should resign and focus on his reality TV showand his real estate holdings.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@DonHobag While Nancy was busy trying to impeach Trump, Trump imposed the China travel ban - for example.

@Budwick Try again

You’re wearing your time. Miss Hathaway was clearly dropped on the head at least once too often.
