Boris asks for volunteers

so boris has asked for 250,000 volunteers to help supprt the NHS

as boris and his tory party front bench have said this is the worst thing to hit the uk and to save the NHS then the people we need volunteers.

OK, well, if you guys hadn't for a decade sucked the life out of the NHS with all the cutbacks and penny pinching the NHS wouldn't be in the state it's in at the moment.

Also if as you say its this bad why are you asking for volunteers, if you want people to be on the front line pay them!!! as you keep saying how importnat this is and how wonderful the NHS is so back it up with the money and to pay the people and stop doing things on the cheap.

so all in all do you think this is the right way to go using volunteers or how would you sort it out?

Would you pay someone to do your dirty work if you could have someone else do it for free???

@HootyTheNightOwl yes pay my kids to do teh chores i dont like doing, why should i expect someone to do somethign i dont like for free, that's called slavery

@milkymum1 They've been getting away with it since Universal Credit was rolled out... no one batted an eyelid then - why would they care now???

@HootyTheNightOwl actually theies been plenty of unease and many MPs asking for it to be frozen and to go abck to the old way;

so why should they still be allwoed to get away with it by what you"re saying its ok cos they've doen it before
