Is this the calm before the storm?

Things are only going to get worse as people hesitate. I am no fan of draconian responses under normal situations but alot of hesitation is happening because in the "west" in particular the ruling class are terrified of bad optics and that will get people killed. Also one thing nobody seems to even be talking about is how well are countries like Italy equipped to deal with massive amounts of bio waste safely including dead bodies. Many historical pandemics are often followed up with secondary outbreaks of things like cholera from improper disposal of bio waste and dead bodies. And if the Spanish flu is any indication sometimes these things can fade for a bit and create a false sense of security and then come back with a vengeance months later. This is especially worrying as corporate heads are leaning hard on politicians to send people back to work as quickly as possible to save the Dow Jones.
