Hypotheticals- What would happen if no one voted?

What would happen if out of the blue the third party made a mass resurgence and really caused a havoc ? What would happen with all this?

If a third party won there would be gridlock. They would have no one in Congress to support them. If you want a third party, they need to start from the bottom and move up. Not the other way around.

It's always gridlock anyway lol

@TymeKeeper: It could actually be worse... But I agree. The gridlock is ridiculous.

I don't see it being any worse then it is now.. it's not like their new to politics. They are well known Independents. @Laifu1:

@TymeKeeper: they're... Sorry. Grammer nazi. As in one was a former governor? From that standpoint, yes, they are probably more qualified than Trump. However, that isn't the point. A president can not get anything done if he or she has no support in Congress.

Which happens every term.. so the debate is pointless.. autocorrect doesn't care about your correctness!

@TymeKeeper: lol. Well, having even 40% on your side is way better than 0%. Yes, the last 8 years have been horrific. I never imagined that our legislators would find it more important to prove their points and make sure the other party "loses" then they do actually doing their jobs. The fact that they are now deliberately harming the American people for their own agendas is horrific.
