Cities and proper names are always capitalized.. although there may be a London in ONTario it is the only one in Ontario and therefore unique...

There are many Johns but each is a unique person non interchangeable and therefore capitalized

Apparently MacDonalds buys their hamburger from a company called 100% Beef... but what is actually in the meat is a mystery

Yes, it would help my poll. We can also ignore the fact it was a voluntary, non-randomized sample of like, 22 people. I don't think I Can publish this data. Maybe I can make a meme of it. That's just as good, right?
