The number of people to have died from the coronavirus in Italy has shot up by 133 in a day to 366, officials say.

In case anyone thinks their quarantine moves are alarmist. Whether due to Italy’s older population or Chinese being less than forthcoming with the numbers, Italy is seeing a substantially worse fatality rate than China.

We have an aging population too, keep your parents indoors folks. And talk them out of going to any rallies.

Our numbers (Washington State), are consistent, with what China is reporting, when you take the age/vulnerability into consideration, even though, strictly using numbers, out context, our fatality rate started out at 25%. The fatality rate, for the care center's employees is 0. Two more patients died today, and there's a possibility, that 2 patients, who died the week before the reporting started, were COVID-19 infected, and no one realized it.

The Wuhan situation seems to be under control, and Italy probably needs to resort to similarly drastic measures.
