If I ever do in my real life, it is amongst others that have similar views.

On here? I tend to join a few conversations if I see them and they seem interesting.

5 or 6 days a week at some point.

Mostly everything boils down to politics, especially now with Corona.

@beckyromero "Everything is politics."
Karl Marx

Co-workers like pushing their political opinions in the break room, but I wouldn't call it a "discussion". 🗣️
Fairly often, but usually only with people I know in person.

A little bit with family or a couple of friends online.
Too often, but I am rarely the one who started the conversation, and almost never the one who brought it into the conversation. Politics are invasive.
@beckyromero No, I am more like" This is what we should be doing...Here's how to get started." I talk solutions, adaptaions and improvisations rather than circle the cause like a toilet.

@Anonymartyr
No, I am more like" This is what we should be doing...Here's how to get started."

But that's not discussing politics? 😉
@beckyromero It is being pro-active, that is more like a religion or philosophy. And I should have said that when I say here's what to do, I am ready right away to start, Action is the key not just talking.

I try not to. You can’t convince someone of what you believe if they have an opposing viewpoint, and discussing it with someone who holds the same view as yourself is just talking in an echo chamber.
Often. Life’s issues nearly always come back to politics or a person’s political views, even if not expressed as such.
I don’t talk politics in’real life’.But happy to wade in and get folk worked up online.Beware-I may be winding you up...😄

Not often, but I discuss it online far more than I do in real life. I have friends who like to talk about it more but I generally find it all to be boring.
AuRevoir · 36-40, M
Offline, it pops up everywhere. Maybe once every 3 or 4 days.

Online. Super tiny bit.
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
Very seldom. Unless I am being paid to.
sarabee1995 · 26-30, FVIP

More often than I'd like. It's a dirty business that encroaches too deeply into our lives.
ChrisNBillings · 26-30, M
Discussing politics on a low rung site like this, is simply idiotic and futile but it goes on all the time.
patkaren1717 · 41-45, M
@ChrisNBillings So true.
All the time in rl. It’s a popular topic among friends and family. And I have many political posts here.
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Not often.
