Hint: They are all staged, that is what advance men/people do. Both parties, every candidate. They all have "highly trained paid professionals" setting things up for them. They even have shills with the news media feeding them advanced copies of the questions they will face.....if they can find someone on the take.
My dearly departed mother, a Democrat party delegate even went to a televised media voters debate watcher forum. She gave her take on how the candidates did, as an "undecided independent voter"....right from party talking points handed to her the day before she entered the room. That was a Bush/Carey debate but it is a long tradition in politics. I assume the Republicans had similar shills placed for their side, but I can't say for sure. I can say that my mother was no more undecided than John Carey was.
