In the Simpsons episode "You Kent Always Say What You Want", did the producers really "draw" Homer saying what was on their minds about Fox?

Or was it just nonsense? I've had it "censored" in the translated version.

The Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad, though airing on Fox, are very left leaning. Fox is not Fox News.
