@therighttothink50 It would appear our previous president, and his administration in their zeal to promote solar power, never thought to have those engaging in the enterprises, looked into and vetted or followed up on. They swindled and defrauded, and made and stole $$$ under the Obama watch, and now they're paying back under the Trump watch.
