Who understands what checks and balances are?

Sadly, we seem to only care about or value those things when we think we need them and not when they're checking "our side".

It seems that principles, and the idea of long term stability because of things like norms and compromise have become obsolete in the age of winning is everything, and short term transactional thinking.

Certainly not the President of the United States, or the Senate Majority Leader.

I am not doing your homework

I imagine it’s not loading the Supreme Court with conservatives in order to take away the civil rights of people of color, and the reproductive rights of women...
But the 21st century GOP appears to believe otherwise.
