Voting for Republican economic policies only benefits the top 0.1% of the U.S. population. Why would you vote for them?

@wildbill83 Do I mention socialism in my statement? Read it again. There are many brilliant economists around today who believe firmly in capitalism. Just not this dreadful rendition of it.

@wildbill83 A capitalist society with government restraints, way better regulated than now. The crash of 2008 should have precipitated this in the financial sector but it hasn't to any degree.

@wildbill83 It isn't as black and white as people are "influenced" into believing. There are many renditions of capitalism, virtually all of them serving the people better than this model. As in the words of one of these economists, its not about left and right anymore, although the influential people want to keep pushing that and make us believe it. It is about Oligarchy versus saving democracy.

@yogibooboo private and public companies are already regulated at the federal and state level. More restraints would be socialistic. You don't know what you're talking about.
