What annoys me most about this is that the guy responsible had already been charged, convicted and sent to prison for terrorism offences. So my question is this - why on earth are convicted terrorists being allowed to roam around freely instead of being deported or locked away for life?

@liondog Agreed. Even the judge who originally asked sentenced him in 2012 reportedly said he “should never be released” but an agreement was made for release after 8 years on the condition that he wore a tracking device. Clearly if he wore it, it didn’t work.
