Can someone please explain why anyone would want to live under socialism?

@SW-User In my experience that is a convenient cliche really only common in the US and Canada.

Even here in North America but especially in other parts of the world the left is much more common across all age groups. Hell the Indian Communist Party had a rally of over 1 million people earlier this year. And in Eastern Europe the exact reverse is more true. The far left tends to be older.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow the “democracy” in India is often very fascist so communism here has a very different meaning, and lol and makes sense for Eastern Europe to want to be more capitalist

@SW-User Socialism sounds great until the government reaches into your pocket to take money you worked hard for and gives it to someone who refuses to work.

And actually in Eastern Europe is seeing a rise in popularity of the left and in many of said nations more then half the country thinks they were better off which at least economically they are right.
