@jackjjackson the problem with your coup idea is that he did what he was accused of😊. There was never a thought that the senate would convict, but it had to be pursued. We never thought you people would understand that the constitution is about no one being above the law

No sensible person thought that the House would sloppily put together an “emergency” case, then sit on it for a month and expect the Senate to do anything other than hear the case the House presented. Pelosi knew all along that Schiff was trying to peddle nonsense. @monte3

The surprise was that one Republican, perhaps the last, had courage and made a statement. And for the 53 rd time despite the obstruction, ie fight every subpoena, relying on only those who were willing to put their own careers on the line for the countries good, Schiff made his case.
