Somewhat of a leap of imagination given the limit size of our armed forces compared with the USA.
But if we did. Claim it in the name of the Queen. Reverse the USA constitution replace with our unwritten one.
Queen on the throne, removal of secular state. Queen is head of church of England so that would become state religion.
UK laws imposed. No guns, no death penalty, same sex marriage permitted... Etc

@helenS that's the actual name of the tower that the clock at the Palace of Westminster is housed in. The name Big Ben is actually the largest bell that tolls the hours. Many refer to Big Ben and think of the Tower but that is Elizabeth Tower

It's currently shrouded in scaffolding as a mammoth restoration programme is underway. The Bell only tolls on special occasions as a result like earlier this week for remembrance day.
