Should Muslim traditional female headgear be allowed or banned in America?

I don’t understand it but I don’t see why it should be banned. I can’t see that stuff lasting for several generations here.

@SW-User erm...........it's lasted for at least 1400 years in the Muslim faith. What makes you think that American Muslims are somehow different?

@room101 I work with a lot of IT people (a lot of cultures and customs).

All of the Indian folks I have talked to were either in an arranged marriage or rebelled. All of them also told me they will not be arranging a marriage for their child.

If that custom comes to an end.... I would think others will as well.
