Brits, do you think the Uk should have a December election?

There must be an early election. The present parliamentary situation is farcical. Of course it wouldn’t have happened without the Fixed Parliament Act, or the, shall we say innovative, rulings of Speaker Bercow.

Traditionally, winter elections were regarded as benefiting the Conservatives, because working-class people found it more difficult to get to the polling station in bad weather. This time, with the middle classes supporting Corbyn and the working classes supporting Brexit (over-simplification, obviously) it may be the other way round.

As to how I will vote, Conservative. But as I live in Dianne Abbott’s constituency, it won’t make any difference.
