Drug User Uses Trump Defense: Says There Was No "Quid Pro Quo." He Merely Expected a "Favor" of Getting Some Drugs In Exchange for Cash

The druggie said he absolutely never used the phrase "quid pro quo" when he asked for a favor to fill his cocaine fix.
