Well it's actually a fake meme but still, I imagine conservatives share it like it actually happened. As to the actual content, to me it's nothing but a persecution complex as well as a God complex, "God spoke through me and said to teach you a lesson."
As if they are SO special that God specifically talked to them and let them know that it was OK to be a gang enforcer.
