Should the legal driving age be raised to 30?

With more youngsters staying longer in college, they are not mature enough to know about responsibilities and life.

Many other legal at 18 rights should also be raised to 30

Only if the military age is also raised to that age. Being old enough to use lethal weapons and risk one’s life but too young to drive a Humvee would be ludicrous.
