Trump's angry rants are embarrassing mostly because he chooses to share them publicly, I think.

We get to see his "human side," as ugly as it is. Here, for example, he's basically saying once again that he doesn't care about the law if it gets in his way, and he's admitting to telling his lawyers to disregard it.
