2) Why don't the Dems make a legal challenge against the DOJ memo that says a sitting president can't be indicted ?

@LegendofPeza 1) You're supposed to impeach him, but it seems most likely that the only Barr corruption that will come up his his loyalty to the President over the Constitution.

2) That legal memo has no legal force, and thus is pretty hard to attack legally.
