I am at a loss where to start. Does he mean gangs of homeless are creating havoc in national parks? Like marauding Bears? Or is their smell Making it hard for the sun to cut through to the ground? Which environment is he talking about? The pavements of the bigger cities? Is this Americas new "Environment? Maybe these homeless people should go home and take a shower? Please reassure me that Americans arent as stupid as this??

I'm just curious...does UKRAINE suffer a homeless problem? An honest question, and if your answer is YES, if you can, tell us how it is being handled.@Yulianna

@soar2newhighs an honest answer...

Ukraine has big homelessness problem - nearly 2.5% of population; big HIV problem - maybe 1.0%; big drugs problem, big corruption problem.

How do we deal with these thing? on the whole, badly. we have war with russia. corruption steals from the state, so resources are few. And we elect professional commedian as president.

but no one in Ukraine identifies these people as pollution and damage to environment. it takes a special kind of moral bankruptcy to see society's victims as pollution.

@Yulianna And that is exactly my point. It is referring to the homeless in the same way you refer to an oil spill that I object to. And the constructed cities are NOT the national parks or the oceans. Trump sees no value in anything that cant be built on and sold.

except that which reflects back to him his own overblown, hyper-narcissistic self-image... even in his won family.
