proroguing Parliment?

OK, so now our un elected PM wants to close parliment is this right or wrong, please no stupid replies, I'd like a sensible conversation.

We have an unelected prime minister who represents the views of a small minority of the people all because to conservative party are scared of Nigal Farage.

@4185philip That is so very true, unelected, scared of debating with anyone who dissagree with him, has tried everything to stop Parliment and MP's from passing laws for us "the people" Borsi keeps claiming want him as PM.
