Who thinks Trump will not get re-elected?

Tbh, I think Trump doesn’t want to get re-elected either. A recent AP poll places him at a 62% disapproval. His increased craziness over the last couple of days (Greenland/Denmark, declaring himself the 2nd coming of God, King of Israel, Chosen One, wanting to give himself the Medal of Honor, etc.) is not going to help him come 2020. Furthermore, every major policy being a complete laughingstock failure, trade war killing his farmer base, and the yield inversion signaling of recession, is not a good sign either.

Let's hope so the alternative so far are a bunch of liberal progay, proabortion, proillegal, antigun, antichristian idiots. Only hope for keeping Americans safe and this country on right path is to destroy the left

@QuixoticSoul oh I know your view biggest gay and abortion lover I ever seen. Liberal dumbass

Don’t drive her away! She’s possibly the biggest unintentional source of humor on SW. 👍🍻 @QuixoticSoul

@Mountainlady16 Thinking that I’m a liberal is a pretty decent litmus test for being a hopeless rightoid 😂

For that matter not giving a shit about either homos or abortions is a pretty default position of most sane people around the globe, right or left. These topics don’t really have anything to do with left/right politics - which typically have more to do with economics and nationalism.

Mostly, it’s an evangelical issue - which, once again, is not a left or right topic - it’s another one of those sanity things...
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@QuixoticSoul most prolife evangelicals are right wing. Though I wouldn't consider any gay person or homosexual supporter a right winger. Don't forget most of the Republican states have laws on the books waiting for roe vs Wade and gay marriage to be overturned by the supreme Court
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@QuixoticSoul including my own state of ga were gay marriage was banned by a statewide vote with over 70 percent voting yes in 2004. My mom remember that very well first time she voted
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Mountainlady16 Lmao to be so bootyblasted about absolutely trivial nonsense. The current state of republicans 😂
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16 So much hate for others, when you yourself married a pedophile who had underage sex.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Mountainlady16 Gay marriage couldn’t pass in CA either 🤷‍♂️

What can I say, burgers are stupid about some stuff, and why they give a flying fuck about adults shagging, I’ll never understand.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair I wouldn't call a 16 year old boy who has sex with a girl a year younger a pedofile
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@QuixoticSoul things like abortion, gay marriage, guns and illegal immigrant and Obamacare aren't trivial
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16 You wouldn't call it against the law? Didn't you just say you hate those who break our laws?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair age of consent when the other person is also a minor and less than 2 years your sr in 2015 was 14
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16 Age of consent is 16 in Georgia and 18 in Tennessee. If one partner is between 14 and 16 and the other no more than 4 years older, it is still a crime but with a lesser penalty. Are age of consent laws fine to break?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair now it is ignorant. But wasn't in 2015 hence why the judge married us instead of arresting him. It's changed recently can't even marry til 16 and they're trying to change to 17 in GA. Oh btw tn u can marry with parents consent at 16
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16
Code Section
Statutory Rape: O.C.G.A. 16-6-3

Elements of Statutory Rape
Statutory Rape : Sexual intercourse with any person under the age of 16 years who is not your spouse.

Romeo and Juliet Provision: If the victim is 14-16 years old and the defendant is either 18 years old or no more than four years older than the victim, he or she will be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Yes, it is a lesser charge, but still illegal under Georgia law, where the age of consent is 16. Are you OK with breaking the state age of consent laws, when you've stated you hate those who disrespect our laws?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair I'm telling you again it was different 4 years ago and in TN which we live on the line of it's still not illegal within 4 years.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair oh btw you see not your spouse there we been married 4 years in may
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16 So you were married at 14 before you had sex? If not, and you were already married, why did they marry you instead of arresting him as you stated above?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@windinhishair if you look at the laws of both states there's a 4 year exemption as long both parties are under 18. We were allowed to marry cause at that time a judge could waive min marriage law if consider it in the minors best interest
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Mountainlady16
@QuixoticSoul things like abortion, gay marriage, guns and illegal immigrant and Obamacare aren't trivial
Abortion and gay marriage - totally trivial. Nobody should give a flying fuck about either of those things.

The rest - no, not trivial (and look, economics and nationalism). But as usual, both the democrats and the republicans are fucking stupid about all those things. Just completely, inexcusably, fucking retarded.

Obviously, republicans take the stupid crown at the moment, but in this particular cycle, their job is basically to put on a show.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Mountainlady16 That's your problem. There isn't an exemption. There is a provision that reduces the charge and penalty to a misdemeanor. The prosecutor and judge chose not to charge him with statutory rape, but he could have. The reality is that you both broke the law and the consequences could have been more severe. It is, however, understandable for two young people in love. Lighten up on others and don't be so hateful when you have also committed a crime.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@windinhishair Come on, dude - this story might be hilariously hillbilly, but they're like two years apart, got married, and started having kids. Water under the bridge.

There are easier ways to attack the hilarious levels of pearl clutching that are going on, just because someone a little more fabulous is out there is picking up his husband's prescriptions.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@QuixoticSoul Just pointing out that strident statements about hating people "that disrespect our laws" is pretty hypocritical. It is understandable what happened, and I agree, but it is a pretty obvious situation of the pot calling the kettle black.
