Trump Now Trails By 24 Points With Women. Oh, And He's in the Red With Men, Too.
In a new poll, a significant majority of American women who are registered to vote say they are not likely to support President Trump’s re-election effort in 2020, setting him up with a gender gap that may prove difficult to overcome.

In a June 1-2 Hill-HarrisX survey, 62 percent of female registered voters said they were unlikely to support Trump’s bid to obtain a second term. Fifty-three percent said they were very unlikely to back Trump while 9 percent said they were somewhat unlikely. Thirty-eight percent of women who participated said they were likely to back Trump.

In the 2016 election, exit polls indicated that 41 percent of women who voted chose Trump meaning that he has likely lost some support from women during his presidency.
Polls are so reliable. Like the polls that stated that Hillary was gonna comfortably win the presidency.

@xRedx

Last time I checked, she won the popular vote. Which is what the polls predicated she would do.
daisymay · 51-55, T
@xRedx Yes, and this is exactly the same situation. No track record of the Orange Moron to look at and base voting decisions on.

Exactly the same as 2016.

Exactly.

Keep repeating that to yourself and it's sure to become true. 🙄

@beckyromero last time I checked, she was predicted to win the presidency by many polls. Who's the president of the United States at the moment?
xRedx · M
@daisymay I'm sorry but facts don't care about your feelings. Donald Trump won the presidency. You need to get over that fact.
beckyromero · 36-40, F
@xRedx

Don't confuse winning coin toss with what is starting to size up as potentially the worst Republican incumbent defeat since 1932.

@xRedx
I'm sorry but facts don't care about your feelings
Like the fact that 2020 isn't really going to be exactly the same as 2016? I'm pretty sure that's what I stated, albeit very sarcastically. Do you not understand sarcasm? Wow.
You need to get over that fact.
Am I the one bringing up the last polls for the last election? No, that is you.

I'm talking about the future. Did you think Hillary would be running again or something? 🤣
xRedx · M
@beckyromero well don't speculate. Also, 304 to 227 electoral votes doesn't seem like a coin toss win to me.
beckyromero · 36-40, F
@xRedx

An amount of people less than the attendance at Wrigley on a Sunday afternoon switching their votes from Trump to Hillary spread over three states - MI, PA and WI - would have flipped the election to Hillary.

The election was THAT close.
xRedx · M
@daisymay *yawn* boring. Actually you relied to my comment so you're the one bringing up polls. You want to start a conversation with me, I don't. I didn't reply to your comment.
daisymay · 51-55, T

@beckyromero you can put it anyway you want, the electoral votes dictate who will win. And 304 to 227 is a massive advantage.
xRedx · M
@beckyromero And so are you. You can choose not to answer my replies. That's your choice to do so, not mine.
beckyromero · 36-40, F
@xRedx

😂

Trump's margin of victory was actually the THIRD SMALLEST electoral win in the 10 elections since 1980.

xRedx · M
@beckyromero small or large victory, a victory is still a victory. Last time I checked, he's the president of the United States of America. You can either accept it or not, choosing not to will make you look a silly though.
daisymay · 51-55, T
@xRedx You keep looking backwards while we're talking about the future.

Genius!
beckyromero · 36-40, F
@xRedx

Who said I'm not accepting that he won in 2016?

YOU'RE the one sounding silly by not accepting the FACTS that I've stated.
xRedx · M
@beckyromero When did I ever say or even implied I didn't accept what you stated? In fact I agreed with you
I'm silly yet you're the one posting about polls that historically have had completely different results.
xRedx · M
@daisymay right, because you're the morality police and know what you're talking about. Funny because you're a toxic user that shows nothing but negativity.
daisymay · 51-55, T
@xRedx You are a terrible spin doctor. Like, you're the Scott Baio of Kellyanne Conways levels of terrible.

Sad.
beckyromero · 36-40, F

When less than 40,000 people can change the result of the election, it's a SMALL margin of victory.

And the whole point of the question is to point out that Trump will lose in 2020 by landslide proportions if his deficit among women voters remains at 24 points.
daisymay · 51-55, T
@xRedx
right, because you're the morality police
I am? Cool. Now, wtf does that have to do with anything I've written in this thread?

Cons are gettin' crazy up in here, y'all!
xRedx · M
@beckyromero at the end of the day, that doesn't matter. What matters is the result. Yes, that was the purpose and I answered with a proper response. The result is what matters ultimately
beckyromero · 36-40, F
xRedx · M
@daisymay if you attack my character I'll attack yours. You're the moral police yet you couldn't accept yourself. Haha, ironic isn't it
