Should there be legal repercussions for cheating on your spouse who is in the military overseas?

Imagine having PTSD from a war, then coming back home to find out you've been betrayed... it's retarded that ppl be like "muh personal freedom" to call me a tyrant for wanting to make this illegal. People who have no empathy for people suffering one of the worst things you can suffer will just be like "it's a shitty thing, but we shouldn't seek justice for those people who got betrayed".

It’s unfortunate that we can’t do much about those that lack such moral values. The fact that one might get lonely is understandable, but certainly no excuse for betraying a spouse.
I suppose the settlement for divorce should only be in favor of whom did not commit adultery. No mercy.
