Do you believe a homeowner should be charged for murder if he or she uses lethal force on a home invader.

There have been cases where the family of a perpetrator will demand legal action against someone who injured or killed their family member who broke into the home in the first place.

Do think this makes any sense?

No.Here in England even the Prime Minister has said if anyone chooses to break into a home they leave their legal rights outside.
