Do you believe a homeowner should be charged for murder if he or she uses lethal force on a home invader.

There have been cases where the family of a perpetrator will demand legal action against someone who injured or killed their family member who broke into the home in the first place.

Do think this makes any sense?

The home is a very private place. Anyone who invades it deserves their body invaded by a bullet or 2 or 3 or 4, etc in return.

With regards to the homeowner charged for murder, that law equally deserves bullets and holes.
