Do you believe a homeowner should be charged for murder if he or she uses lethal force on a home invader.

There have been cases where the family of a perpetrator will demand legal action against someone who injured or killed their family member who broke into the home in the first place.

Do think this makes any sense?

No, it makes no sense whatsoever. The law talks about ‘reasonable expectation of privacy.’

Someone breaking into somebody else’s house has no ‘reasonable expectation’ of safety. Or walking out in one piece.
