Why is Hilary being referred to as a criminal

when she hasn't been charged or convicted or even accused of a crime?🤔

If you do a crime and no one see's it does that suddenly not make it a crime you committed? She's getting away with it by "Convenience" All the email shit is fucking treason. Literally. She pulls her strings and shit. Just like lots of politicians do, not being held by the same standards of a normal civilian. They'd have made it a huge display how awful she was back in the day just like Benedict Arnold had committed and then executed her. These days they have too much power. But it doesn't change what she has done.

"All that email shit" literally is not treason. Trading weapons to an enemy state, as Reagan did, now THAT was treason, and yet he was never impeached, let alone executed. But Republican investigating committes, and the (republican-headed) FBI, couldn't find any charges to hang on Clinton.

Im not saying its not treason because of convenience. It's not treason, because it's.not.treason. It got intensively investigated, and no crime was found.

And it was NOT an open trade, that's a goddamn lie - go read up on the whole Iran-Contra scandal. The only reason the entire leadership of the Reagan government wasnt in prison after that was because Bush Sr issued a slew of pardons - which points up, if there wasn't a crime, why would he need to issue pardons?
