Do you believe the ICE facilities are the same as the death camps from WWII?

There seems to be a good number of people comparing the ICE raids and facilities to the actions of the Holocaust. Do agree or disagree with this?

@GunSmoke9 How are they different? Then we'll compare both sides and judge then.

@Graylight If you think they are the same, facts won't matter to you.
@GunSmoke9 dodging the question. No surprise there.

@Graylight my two cents on this situation is. the camps from World War II were to round people up such as the Jews, gays, gypsies, mentally challenged, and political prisoners for forced labor and extermination as they were deemed unpure.

What’s going on I’m the states is illlegal immigrants being detained to be released back to their he countries.

@TakingBackMidgard Very true. In their purpose, I think they are night and day. But in their function, they're pretty much the same.

@Graylight Those held in camps in Germany were citizens of Germany. Those being held in America are not citizens of America. Those held in concentration camps in Germany were being killed, not happening in America. Big difference.

@Graylight You are dead wrong. Their functions were totally different.
@GunSmoke9 That is totally wrong. Citizens from several countries were in the German camps. Hell my best friend's grandfather was in one and he was from what was Yugoslavia at the time.
@GunSmoke9 Also not all of them were extermination camps either.
@GunSmoke9 And one of the worst death camps was in Croatia.

@Graylight So how are the functions the same?
GunSmoke9 · 56-60, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Of course non citizens were also killed. What went on in those camps is not even close to what's happening on our southern border. Are we starving, killing people like they did in Europe?
@GunSmoke9 Corporations use "prison industries " as slave labor in much the same way the labor camps were used so there are actual parallels even with the German camps.
