All the damned dogs of politics take the cream and try and justify it to any who question it with deflections.

Real dogs, you can get a special milk for them from your pet store

vote for the dog milk party

I actually misread it as

"is it ok to milk your dog?"

I was like, I guess they're mammals ... but ... why!?
wetncthruF
@StrictLoving To make dog cheese to go with dog biscuits?
SW-User
depends on the dog, some of them get really bad gas/intestinal cramps/diarrhea from dairy products. my dog handles it fine but not all of them do.

Whole milk, cheese, etc., while not fatal to dogs, is bad, depending on how much you gave the dog. In addition to gas, and discomfort, you're giving the dog a hugely disproportionate amount of fat.

Check out one of the nutritional posters at your vet, next time you took the dog in for a physical.

Throw your dog a bone. Much better.
DunDunDun22-25, F
@helenS actually people need to be really careful when doing that and make sure the dog is able to safely eat bones and figure out what types of bones they can and can't eat, cause if you give the wrong dog a wrong bone then they can choke on it
Gothichorror22-25, F
I ate his last bone this morning @helenS

@DunDunDun Wolfs must be ashamed of how pathetic their domestic cousins have become.

Yes it is safe. Just not chocolate milk
ninalanyon61-69, T
@smileylovesgaming People worry more than necessary about chocolate and dogs. You need 11 g of nearly pure cocoa to cause noticeable symptoms in a 9 kg dog. See the Wikipedia page on the subject. There is about 5 g of cocoa in a normal cup of chocolate milk.

So, while it is definitely inadvisable a small amount of chocolate milk would not be anything to panic about. Just don't go leaving big bars of Lindt 80% lying about.
smileylovesgaming31-35, F
@ninalanyon alright we can test this on your dog. See what happens
whateverhappens26-30, F
I guess,I've never seen an adult dog drink milk before

When I got my Catahoula the people I got him from gave us a can of powdered milk for puppies, it was a powder sprinkled on the dry food. I hadn't done that before. :)

My dogs always "hound" me while I'm eating my bowl of cereal, so they can lap up the soggy leftovers. Never a problem. 馃お

I asked my vet about this, some are Lactose intolerant, I have given my dogs goats milk in small quantities.
