As to why various outcries against illegals often smack of racism, consider that the population of illegal and legal Hispanic immigrants in this country is virtually indistinguishable - especially by the average American. They look and sound the same, they live in the same neighborhoods, they commit crimes at similar (low) rates. And they get treated exactly the same by the average gringo.

@QuixoticSoul lol the Mexican neighborhood in my town has the highest crime rate in town. Along with the black neighborhood no decent white woman walks alone there least they get mugged raped or both
