Target snaps at racist customer...

It is not racist and that "customer service representative " should be fired. You cannot treat customers with disrespect.

If you treat a customer with respect they may tell one or two of their acquaintances a positive message about your company. Treat them like this they tell 50 a negative message.

She has a point. The official language of the US is English. I wouldn't go to Mexico and expect commercials in English.

I haven't been inside a Target since the "any bathroom you want" incident. Not likely to go in one any time soon.

Target does have a point it gets pretty embarrassing when you realize how few Americans can only speak English. It always makes me think of what my dad said when I was growing up. “ someone with an accent usually speaks one more language than you do.” I don’t see an issue with a commercial being in Spanish it comes with visible aides as in the toys or people in the clothing with floating prices right next to it.
