Rep. Jerry Nadler: "What about total exoneration? Did you actually totally exonerate the president?"
Robert Mueller: "No."
Oh dear, how embarrassing for the Trumpansies.

@daisymay Mueller hasn't exonerated anyone in his career.
It's not what he or the US justice system does.
They investigate, charge, prosecute and if found guilty the person is guilty. If not guilty - no pronounces exoneration - it's not done, never has been. It's one of those trick question like you always ask. Like, "When did you stop beating your wife?"

@Budwick
Mueller hasn't exonerated anyone in his career.
Stop lawyering about, you’re bad at it - in the Mueller report, the team straight up says that they would have exonerated Trump of obstruction, if they could.
And in the testimony you have this:
“Does your report state there is sufficient factual and legal basis for further investigation of potential obstruction of justice by the president?” Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Tex.) later asked.
“Yes,” Mueller replied.
@QuixoticSoul Bud's having a really bad day and it shows. Wowza.

@QuixoticSoul He's never exonerated anyone because there's no provision in law to do so.

You say it's because Trump is guilty of something - even though the report doesn't say that.
I say it's because there's no provision in law to do so.
If there was reason to continue investigating, then why didn't he continue investigating?
You're sounding as lame and confused as Mueller!
