Trump doesn't look like he's missed a meal lately or had to go to bed hungry and neither do any of those "Patriotic" Republican Senators that will vote for cutting the food stamp programs but I'm sure that at least HE can RELATE to the 12 million children who do because "I didn't have it easy" !

@softspokenman Oooo, maybe someone should do a reimagining of Annie with him as the protagonist. It could be called Donnie and it would be a true-to-life rendition of how he grew up orphaned (even more poignant that he was with his dad the whole time) and had to scrimp and save every penny he earned. Oh, and his love for dogs, so well-known that it is, would need to be represented, too. Has anyone ever asked him about his favorite pup?
