Ever see the documentary without people or something like that?
It's premise is all humans suddenly disappear, person eaten by aliens or something.
Everything else remains, wildlife, vegetation, etc.
Gradually all evidence of human existence disappears on Earth over the centuries.
But one shred of humanity will still remain: the American flag and the landing sites of the Apollo missions on the moon.

There are ways to get around that with today's technology.
Also, planting a flag on the [i]dark[/i] side of the moon would provide protection against the sun's rays.

@beckyromero True...except that's not where we planted it. Still, there's that radio signal just beaming down to earth that any skeptic can look into. I think there's plenty of space stuff that will ensure our existence won't be forgotten.
