Where do you get your source of news about current events?

From the mainstream to the independent media outlets. Examples:

Fox - CNN - MSNBC - CBS - CSPAN - Vox - Vice - The Rebel - Info Wars - Louder with Crowder - CRTV - Huffington Post - The Young Turks - the list goes on.

If so, how come?

Alex Jones, the rest are trying to mold your political opinions with how they skew the news. Info Wars gives you the strait dope in a no spin zone.

@Subsumedpat I tried to hold in my laughter, I seriously did! I failed. 🤣

@Pherick You know it is true that is why he got banned from youtube, which is proof that there is a conspiracy to suppress him before we learn the truth of matters that would make it harder for the one world government to control us.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Subsumedpat I am honestly worried you are being serious. 🤔

@Pherick Look at all the BS and lies on the internet that are not banned, makes you wonder when that actually gang up and ban someone if there is not something going on.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Subsumedpat Or its the Occam's Razor answer and he was a shitty crazy person, who put on an act to get people to listen to him and people got sick and tired of his crazy BS?
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@Pherick One thing about his being banned, they have no controls on him now, he can say what he thinks without holding back.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Subsumedpat Then he really wasn't banned was he? I mean no government entity is trying to silence him, a few platforms kicked him off for breaking their terms of service.

No one owes him a platform. He can share his videos on his own website just like anyone else.

@Subsumedpat Alex Jones admitted in court in child custody hearings that his commentary on InfoWars was untrue and contrived and for entertainment value only. That's from his own mouth, not from others.
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@windinhishair Some of the things he says are not exactly spot on true but you see he gets possibly true information out here where we can read it before it gets processed for political correctness making it harder for others to spin the news.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Subsumedpat Perhaps you missed what he testified to. He admitted he lies in his broadcasts and makes things up. Not that his statements are slightly off or "possibly true". He makes them up out of thin air.
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@windinhishair Next thing you know you will be trying to tell me that abandoned walmart stores are not connected underground and used by FEMA for future FEMA camps for those why had a certain sticker placed on their mailbox by DHS.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Subsumedpat AHAHA OK I admit it, you had me there for a second :)
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Subsumedpat If you want to rely on a source for your news that has admitted in court and under oath that their content is fabricated, you go right ahead and do so.

Sarcasm: a mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual.

For sarcasm to be any good you have to wonder if I mean it or not.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Subsumedpat Unfortunately, sarcasm doesn't work well in the current political arena, where vast numbers of conservatives actually do believe in conspiracy theories and obviously bogus scenarios.
