I think they focus too much on police brutality against African-Americans, and they don’t try to fix issues within their own community (black on black crime as you said).
I like the intention of the movement, but they also shouldn’t generalize themselves by claiming they’re [b]ALL[/b] victims, nor should they ignore the issues within their own community

@AnonymousJSS Of course they focus on police brutality - that is the whole point of the group. And it’s ok to be single-issue oriented, trying to do everything leads to paralysis - especially when the issues are relatively unrelated.
There are groups trying to alleviate poverty and crime in black communities, BLM is just not one of them.
