I’ve heard it used and for some reason it just sounds like it should be offensive for some reason, but isn’t, so it works on subtle levels. @SW-User

Stephen King used it in The Stand, or a variation of it. “Why don’t find a nice patch of sand, take a hammer and pound it up your ass?” That made me do a LOL from a book. Scared the hell out of everyone in the room (who were reading too). @DukeOfEarle
