What is your opinion on the AR15?

After a long discussion on the 2nd Amendment which was our most heated I guess you could say.

Let’s narrow it down.

The most ostracized firearm on the market is the AR15.

What are your opinions on this rifle?

Great choice to own. Affordable, versatile, and excellent at home defense.

@MasterLee If we are talking home defense I'd think it would be more practical to own a handgun. A semi-auto rifle seems a bit overkill. Inside a home it's easier to maneuver with a smaller weapon and you don't have to really worry about long range accuracy.

@grayhalo with the right license and being bffs with the ATF some people make due with this. Which would be perfect for home defense
