What is your opinion on the Second Amendment?

No, the 2nd is terribly designed, which is why we have this ridiculous mess that we're living with now.

@QuixoticSoul Because - we are not talking about an individual citizen's rights - nuclear weapons or any weapon of huge scale destruction is something that any country has the right to keep.

How they are used it is another topic. How they think that more of these weapons can be used to coerce government actions, are again another topic.

The government would not dare step out of line and take away our rights if the citizens had a proper personal arsenal like the founders intended - including medium range missiles to deliver a few kilotons of FREEDOM to the nearest state capital as needed.

I’m glad to see you’re not even acknowledging the ridiculous claim that there may be some mysterious militia restriction. You are correct in that in the second the founders act as if they didn’t foresee the possibly for more powerful weapons in the future when in other areas of the Constitution and Amendments the future was considered. @QuixoticSoul
